My favorite thing about being a LAR
In her free time, Pamela is an avid listener of music from all genres, especially classic rock. She also enjoys spending time engaging with her community; from volunteering for non-profit organizations, such as Reading Partners, to avidly participating in San Jose’s monthly bike party.
Why I love my job
She is currently an undergraduate student at San José State University and will be obtaining her B.A. Child and Adolescent Development & B.A. Spanish in May 217. She hopes to use her knowledge from these diverse courses to assist her Au Pairs in any issues that may arise during their experience as quality childcare providers.
Pamela is a native Californian, born and raised in San José with a rich cultural heritage from México. She is fluent in Spanish and has a goal of traveling to all the Spanish speaking countries in the world. Recently, she was able to participate in a year-long study abroad program in Querétaro, México where she ignited a passion for learning about other cultures.
