Patti Reese

My favorite thing about being a LAR

As a LAR, I love the role of meeting people from children to young adults, and I enjoy learning about many cultures as well as families that welcome au pairs. I like to be a helpful person. I hope to communicate with caring to au pairs and host families and I look forward to meeting new people and sharing my enthusiasm for others as needed.

Why I love my job

I have a passion for the outdoor activities such as hiking and gardening, spending time with animals, cultural experiences in art, music and performances, and I love to have tea parties for others. I get great satisfaction from caring for others. In my spare time, I like to bake and share the treats prepared, as I spend time with elderly friends and anyone that crosses my path that is in need. I also enjoy teaching children at church and anyone who wants to learn through reading and learning about science and the social studies. I am thankful for the opportunity to see and hear the beauty of the earth, the joy to share with others, and the hope that faith brings.
