The entire process has been such a positive experience, and one thing that really stood out to us was how detailed and informative the au pair profiles are. There is so much information available about each au pair, which makes it much easier to get a feel for their personalities, experiences, and whether they might be a good fit for your family.

I especially want to recognize our local area coordinator, Tina, who oversees the northern Charlotte area. She has been absolutely incredible! She is always so readily available whenever I have questions, no matter how big or small, and is genuinely one of the most relatable and down-to-earth people. Talking with her feels more like chatting with a friend than someone from an agency, which makes the whole process feel so much less overwhelming. You can tell she truly cares about the families she works with and wants everyone to have a great experience.
