My year as an Au Pair in the United States gave me the opportunity to grow so much both personally and professionally.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We are on our second year/second au pair match with GoAuPair. We've had a really great experience with both au pairs and plan to extend for another year.

The process was very easy, and just required you to establish a profile to detail out your needs. Then you search a big and thorough database of au pair candidates. You can sort match your child ages with candidate experience, language proficiency, things like have they lived away from home, etc. Its a little bit of legwork to search, but once you start talking with candidates the process is really simple. I recommend watching their profile videos as you get a sense of their personality and language skills.

Once you've matched GoAuPair takes care of 100% of the paperwork, flights, visa logistics and travel coordinating. They provide check-ins with the family and au pair frequently to make sure everything is going well.

I have recommended this childcare option to many other friends. If you have room in your home and your life to bring someone under your wing, it will pay back in a childcare situation that really is built around your family's needs and schedules.

Plus, our current au pair speaks french and is teaching our 2 year old which is such a value add!
