Venezuelan Au Pairs
|
Venezuela is the most urbanized country in South America
with roughly 90 percent of it's citizens living in urban
areas.
Many
of Venezuela's culture and traditions come from European
influences, mostly Spanish and Italian.
English education is compulsory in schools and most
Venezuelans begin to learn the language at a young age.
While the Au Pair program is relatively new to Venezuela,
the opportunity to travel abroad and improve their English
skills is appealing as this will increase employment options
upon their return home.
Venezuelans take great pride in their country and it's
heritage. Venezuelans are known for their fondness of
talking, joking, laughing and spontaneity.

What
does our International Agency say about Au Pairs from
Venezuela?
|
goAUPAIR's International Agencies
are responsible for recruiting and screening Au Pairs. To
help you learn more about Au Pairs from Venezuela we have
asked our International Agency to describe these applicants.
Venezuelans are known as family orientated people who love
their own country. Traveling abroad is based on the desire to learn about
other cultures and experience another lifestyle. The Au
Pair program is relativity new in Venezuela so the amount of candidates coming from Venezuela is
not very big yet, but Venezuelan Au Pairs placed in the U.S.
are known for their dedication, enthusiasm and willingness
to adapt.
Venezuelans are able to drive a car at age
sixteen. While the native language is Spanish, English is
taught to most Venezuelans beginning at a young age.
Babysitting and taking care of younger family members is a
task for all Venezuelan girls and they place great
importance on responsibility towards children and their needs.
Applicants coming from Venezuela are screened by
our experienced local partner agency and carefully prepared
for their stay in the U.S.
