Choose child care experience to match your needs

Choose an Au Pair whose child care experience matches your family. Au Pair profiles contain detailed information about past child care experiences. Child care experience choices include:
  • Number of years of past experience
  • Frequency, duration and variety of experience
  • Ages of children cared for
  • Number of children cared for at one time
  • Sole or shared responsibility for children
  • Type of child care experience such as baby-sitting, day care, nursery, teaching, tutoring, youth group, etc.
  • Responsibilities such as meals, bath time, playing, changing diapers, homework help, etc.

Choose the specialty skills your family needs

Choose an Au Pair with specialty skills if your child care needs require a skill beyond the required minimum experience and training. Most Au Pairs also have specialty skills such as:
  • Infant qualified with at least 200 hours of documented experience caring for children under the age of 2
