Theme: What does your Au Pair mean to you?
In 500-800 words, tell us why your Au Pair is the best ever.
- Explain why your Au Pair provides the best possible childcare solution for your family.
- Tell us how your Au Pair helps you focus on being a better parent.
- Describe how your Au Pair impacts your family’s well-being.
Upload your nomination letter and pictures for a chance to win $700 in prizes for yourself and your Au Pair! PLUS! Submit a video for the chance to win an additional $200 in prizes. Explain your nomination and speak from the heart about how much your Au Pair means to you.
Nominations are due by January 7, 2020 at 11:59 PM (MDT).
Selection Process
One (1) Grand Prize Winner & two (2) Runners-Up will be selected by Go Au Pair and partners. Go Au Pair’s internal voting committee will review all nominations and select the Top 10. To ensure unbiased voting, the committee reviews nomination letters only; no names or images are included. Go Au Pair’s staff and international partners will vote on the Top 10 to determine the Grand Prize Winner and Runners-Up. Winners will be announced via email and social media on Tuesday, January 14, 2020.
Entries for International Au Pair of the Year are anonymous. Go Au Pair will select the Top 3 eligible Au Pairs based on IAPA’s qualifications. IAPA’s voting committee will only consider the nomination letter and up to three pictures, not the accompanying video. Go Au Pair has no influence over IAPA’s final selection.

Bonus! Go Au Pair will submit the Top 3 eligible Au Pairs to the International Au Pair Association’s 2020 International Au Pair of the Year Awards. Your Au Pair has a chance to win an all-expense-paid trip to Malta for the awards ceremony in March 2020, plus the title of #1 Au Pair in the World!
