Welcome Iryna, Au Pair from Ukraine!

Second year Au Pair Iryna from Ukraine joined our cluster recently. Iryna attended an Au Pair cluster meeting - international food picnic in her first day in Philadelphia and met Au Pairs from Brazil, Ecuador, Colombia, South Africa, Peru, Argentina, Latvia, El Salvador - See more 
Iryna has a lot of experience of babysitting the kids all ages and she also worked as an animator for the kids parties, an event manager, a musician in orchestra and volunteered in an orphanage and hospitals. Iryna plays a flute, a piano and a guitar, and she even won the flute contests a few times. She also like to play sports - baseball, soccer etc.

Why do you want to be an Au Pair? I think it is unforgettable experience of becoming a part of an American family, learning different cultures, travel, improving your English skills and just spend your time interesting and enjoyable 🙂
What are your hobbies and interests? I like sports, that include hiking, canoing, swimming, biking, camping, gym, exercise. I love karaoke.
What three adjectives best describe you? Positive, active, easy - going.
If you had one wish what would it be? Road trip with my family.
What place would you like to visit? Las Vegas !!!
What is your favorite way to spend a Saturday - be out with friends, discover new places around, meeting new people, make somebody happy, just have fun and enjoy my life
What places did you visit you like the most? Paris, France; San Diego and Los Angeles in California; Washington( city ); Rome, Italy;
What is the most valuable lesson you have learned that being an au pair has taught you? "The more you give - the more you received back! "
How do you like the experience being a part of an American family? I love it! I feel, as a true member of my host family!
What are new things you experienced?Previous year I celebrated Thanksgiving day first time in my life, we cooked the most amazing turkey with cranberry sauce.
Would you recommend being an au pair to others - yes, for sure !!!
