I work full time in an office setting and love spending time with friends. Photography and coordinating events are things I enjoy doing, as well as playing with my dog and going to the zoo. My only child is my dog, Benji. I enjoy working with au pairs and showing them some of the wonderful things about Nashville and helping them experience life in the south.
Families in my cluster typically have administrative positions, primarily in the healthcare and construction industries. The children range from babies to around 10 years old. Some of the au pairs have come from South Africa, England, and Peru. Most au pairs enjoy the ability to listen to all the great music in and around Nashville as well as enjoy all the state parks in the area and all they have to offer.

Au Pairs are required to attend a number of Cultural Activities with their Local Area Representative and nearby Au Pairs to make sure they experience the local community and culture during their stay. Below are some of the activities Charity’s cluster has been up to recently!
Attended Nashville Predators hockey game. Pre-season game was exciting and so manypeople enjoying the event. Shopped the team store and even had a picture with the team mascot.
Attended the Nashville Fireworks display with the Nashville Symphony. Listened to concerts at the Ascend Amphitheater, including the Grammy Award winning Nashville Symphony. Watched the fireworks display (considered one of the best in the country) that was synchronized with the Nashville Symphony.
Attended several different wedding shows in Nashville. Each wedding show consists of a wide variety of wedding vendors. It is always interesting for au pairs to compare their cultural and country norms to the US when it comes to weddings. One au pair was able to even take ideas to a family member who was planning their wedding. There’s always great food to taste from caterers and bakers and good music to listen to with the DJ’s.
