Our International Representatives play a key role in the success of the program, so we make sure we choose the best International Representatives and then treat them as such.

Corporate Support

As an International Representative, you have direct access to the entire team at our corporate office. Our friendly staff is always available to help answer questions you may have about applications, Au Pairs or anything else. Because we know our International Representatives are a vital part of our business, we have a dedicated Director of International Relations that is available to answer any questions. She will work directly with you to get your Au Pair candidates’ applications processed quickly into our pool of available Au Pairs, and to maintain the Au Pairs’ applications during the Mutual Match process.

Consistent Communication

As an International Representative, you are always aware of the latest news regarding Go Au Pair. Each week we send out a newsletter with news, marketing and customer service tips and more.

Incentive Program

We offer competitive compensation for each Au Pair you place in the United States. We also offer tiered bonuses based on the number of Au Pair placements. We make sure we reward you for your hard work in finding the most qualified Au Pairs possible.

International Au Pair Association Conference

Each year Go Au Pair sends several representatives from the corporate office to the International Au Pair Association Annual Conference. These representatives reserve time to meet face-to-face with our International Representatives that attend, to discuss our cooperation and the Au Pair program.

International Representative Portal

As an International Representative, you have access to your own online portal. In your online portal, you can download all of Go Au Pair’s application forms and track your Au Pair’s applications from submission through matching with a host family. The International Representative online portal is a vital tool for your success as an International Representative for Go Au Pair.
