Flexible Choice Au Pair Payment Program

goAUPAIR understands that regardless of the financial climate families still need quality childcare which is why we have made the Au Pair program more affordable and flexible. Through our innovative Flexible Choice Program, goAUPAIR is able to offer Host Families the confidence that comes with knowing your child care is covered.

Customizable Au Pair Payment Plan

goAUPAIR offers the most flexible Au Pair payment plan in the industry by allowing families to choose a payment schedule that fits their unique needs. In our payment plan, the Match Fee is due at the time of match, a second payment is due 30-days prior to your Au Pair’s arrival and includes additional airfare charges, and the remaining amount can be distributed in up to 8 monthly installments.

Our standard payment plan charges $2,300 at the time of match, $1,600 30-days prior to arrival (includes $100 payment plan fee, does not include additional airfare) and three installments of $1,090.00 due after your Au Pair arrives. goAUPAIR charges the lowest down payment in the industry.

There is a $100 payment plan fee which is charged 30-days prior to you Au Pair’s arrival and each monthly payment made after your Au Pair arrives incurs a $25 processing charge.

goAUPAIR is the only agency where Host Families are able to choose among payment options to meet their needs. In addition, we are willing to work with families to customize their payment plan as much as possible.

Choice with 12-Month Guarantee

If during the course of your year you are not satisfied with your au pair, goAUPAIR offers you a credit¹ for a replacement Au Pair or a refund². goAUPAIR is the only agency to provide this type of flexible protection for your entire year. At goAUPAIR we believe that Host Families should not have to pay more for the security of a 12-Month Guarantee so we provide it free of charge with every single placement.

Flexible Au Pair Selection and Arrival

Through goAUPAIR's Mutual Match system, Host Families are able to review multiple Au Pair applications instead of one at a time. This allows families the most flexibility to help them determine which Au Pair best fits their unique needs. In addition, goAUPAIR is the only agency to book Au Pair arriving flights individually and according to your schedule. With individual flights you can decide what arrival date is the most convenient for you and your family and we will do everything we can to accommodate. You’ll work with our designated Travel Coordinator to ensure your Au Pair arrives when needed.
