Giving our Host Families and Au Pairs the best customer service possible, makes goAUPAIR one of the leaders in customer service among Au Pair Agencies. As part of our continued commitment to quality service, beginning April 1, 2010, goAUPAIR headquarters will be extending its business hours. 

To best serve our Host Families across the nation, goAUPAIR is now open from 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm PST.  Open 9 to 5 from East to West Coast. Besides our new business hours, our customers can service themselves 24/7 on our Web site through our exclusive Au Pair Preview and our Host Family Portal at anytime.

It is our hope that the extended hours will better service our customers from all over the United States, allowing them to have even better access to their dedicated Placement Coordinators. We are always striving to find better alternatives to provide the personal and quality costumer services our clients deserve.
